2. Once an animal arrives at the Wyoming Horse Rescue, determine a cost limit based on condition and illness.
3. Require an equine infectious anemia (Coggins) test and current brand inspection on all newly arrived horses
and keep animals quarantined until test results are returned and are negative.
4. Daily records will be maintained for the rehabilitation cost of each horse.
5. In the event that the horse is returned to its owner, the local authorities sign a written release and pay all
moneys owed for the horse's care before it can leave the facility. The owner must be responsible for the horse's
transportation or pay the Wyoming Horse Rescue for transporting the animal.
6. A diary will be kept on the horse with dated pictures
